New clients

Your first visit starts with a conversation

We spend the first half hour on your hair, not on the color.

At the consultation your stylist looks at your hair in daylight, listens to what you want and asks about your color history. You leave with a plan, the number of visits it may take and the stylist who will do it. We are welcoming new clients.

Bring or tell us

  • Photos of color you like and don't

  • What you remember about past color

  • Any past reaction to hair color

Your first visit

Five steps from the first message to the next appointment.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Book a consultation on the booking page, or with the stylist whose card fits your look. If you are not sure who, choose the consultation and we will match you.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

Photos of color you like and color you don't, and what you remember about past color.

    • Photos in daylight if you have them

    • What has been on your hair

    • Any past reaction to hair color

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

Come ten minutes early. There is parking behind the building off Magnolia Street, and the studio is on the first floor, Suite 4.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

Thirty to forty-five minutes on your hair, your history and a plan. You leave with a stylist, a schedule and the price for the plan.

  5. 05

    Step 5: Afterward

Your stylist tells you how to care for your color at home and when to come back, and you can book the next visit before you go.

Start with a consultation
